panendeism definition

  • noun:
    • belief in a god that is both panentheistic and deistic, e.g. a god just who includes all the world, but which however transcends or has some presence individual from the world, who does interact, but does not necessarily intervene inside universe, and that your own commitment is possible with-it. Contrasted from Panentheism because the existence of, and commitment with, the creator god (or prime mover) is set from observance of nature and rationality, perhaps not scripture.
