    • a disorder for the eyes for which eyesight is regular in daylight or any other strong light but is abnormally weak or entirely lost through the night or perhaps in dim light. The disorder may result from supplement A deficiency, disease, or genetic elements. Also called nyctalopia.
    • The optic problem nyctalopia, the inability to see obviously in faint light, as at night
