    • A name given to Jews associated with Lithuanian provinces, by their coreligionists of Polish government. The former, in turn, phone the latter Pollacks or Pollackim. See Pollack. There was a marked difference between the Yiddish jargon as well as in the mannerisms associated with the two classes.
